With the Coronavirus situation changing daily in the UK, we wanted to update you on the measures we have taken to ensure the health and safety and wellbeing of our staff, customers and suppliers. Also as a supplier directly and indirectly to essential industries such as NHS, local authorities and food manufacturers, we wanted to reassure you that we are still here to support your requirements during the current turbulent times:
Most of our staff are currently working from home – they are contactable in the usual way and will be happy to hear from you and deal with any questions that you may have. Any operational staff that are still in office are adhering to the strict sanitisation procedures that have been laid out by the Government and leading health organisations.
Communication & Support
Clyde want to keep up regular communication with our customers during this extremely challenging time for everyone and so please feel free to get in touch at any time. We will keep in regular touch as the situation develops and if we can support you or your business in any way at all then please do not hesitate to contact us.
Clyde will be ensuring we keep up the same lead times as usual which is next day on all stock items, and we currently have excellent stocks due to the sustainable supply chain. Should there be any exceptions to this we will be in touch to let you know. All of our drivers will ensure that social distancing is complied with along with any other specific guidelines you may have in place.
