Rewarding Successes

After a successful target hitting month Clyde directors treated the staff to a cookery class at the Tennent's Brewery Training Academy in Glasgow. 

The Winter Warmers course was what we took part in and here's what we made and ate:

Starter: 

Spiced winter minestrone with salsiccia sausage and butternut squash 

Main: 

Ribeye steak cooked in red wine with pancetta lardons served with celeriac mash and braised cabbage

Dessert: 

Apple and Black Cherry Crumble

Both the class and the food were very much enjoyed by all!
